A: You pick the delivery size and order when you need it.

Q: What is Everyday Unlimited?
A: Monthly water subscription for residential houses based on the number of bedrooms in the house.
Q: What is Stay Ready Unlimited?
A: Monthly water subscription for Airbnb and Short Stay homes based on the number of bedrooms in the house.
Q: How does it work?
A: When you are getting low, you just let us know. If you have one of our sensors, we monitor and deliver when required.
Q: Can I order a delivery online?
A: Yes. You can order a 'Pay As You Go' delivery.

Q: I need water now, can I just sign up to a Monthly Water Plan?
A: Yes. We would love that! There is a 7 day stand-down period before we can deliver water.
A: If you want a delivery before the stand-down period ends, we offer a 10,000L starter delivery at a special rate of $150.00 inc GST.

Q: How do I sign up for my Monthly Water Plan?
A: We offer signup over the phone and in store.

Q: What happens if I move address to somewhere else on Waiheke?
A: We can move the subscription to your new address.
Q: What happens if I move off Waiheke Island?
A: You will be required to pay out the end of your subscription.

Q: What if I want to manage my water and order when I need?
A: You can still do that with our ‘Pay As You Go’ offerings.
Q: Is self-fill access included?
A: Yes, at 30 Tahi Road, as often as you need. We also have a water machine available 24 hours a day.
Q: How does 15L Bottle Delivery work?
A: Bottles delivered at $15 each - order as needed.
Q: What is the subscription term?
A: 12-month minimum subscription. We offer up to 36-months. This also ensures the price is locked in for the duration of the term.
Q: Is there an extra charge past Waiheke Road?
A: Yes, $10/mo extra.
Q: Are pool and spa fills included?
A: No - pool and spa fills are excluded under our Fair Use Policy.
Q: What happens if I leave a tap on accidentally and I loose my water?
A: Don’t worry, we have you covered! We will come and top up your tank.

Q: Do you cover septic systems?
A: No, the filling of septic systems is not covered.

Q: What if a bottle is accidentally lost or damaged?
A: We cover accidental loss at no extra charge.
Q: How is ‘Fair Use’ defined?
A: We monitor all of our customer usage. If your house is using 20% more than the average, we may ask you to upgrade your plan.
